The big yellow one in the sky. Because it was free. I learned that the sun can be a powerful asset if used and harnessed purposefully and correctly.
Did you communicate with the director about their conceptual approach? Why or why not?
Yes, it was important to understand the tone of the shot and scene.
Was the approach on set purposeful?
I hope so! We tried to use leading lines and contrast of space.
